As an IT specialist you plan and configure IT systems. As an in-house service provider, you set up these systems according to requirements and operate and manage them. This also includes systematically isolating and rectifying faults when they occur, using expert and diagnostic systems. You will advise internal and external users on the selection and use of equipment and solve application and system problems. In addition, you create system documentation and conduct training for users.

What you need
- A good school leaving certificate (Secondary School, higher education entrance qualification) is desirable
- Computer affinity is a must
- Good German and English language skills
- Technical understanding (e.g. solving compatibility problems of IT systems)
- Manual skills (replacing hardware components in IT systems)
- Creativity (designing system solutions)
- Perseverance (e.g. during lengthy troubleshooting)
- Customer orientation and verbal skills (e.g. advising and training users, system handovers)
- Willingness to learn (continuously acquire knowledge about the latest technical developments)
